Items and schools and the like rules.

If a character has a substantial reason to own an item or have a house/school in their history or developed in their plot, then they can be granted them. This is at the discretion of the mods and can be denied if there is not sufficient reasoning in your history or plot.


Schools can have 2 techniques they teach people, but they do not learn them instantaneously and rather they follow the normal rules for leaning a technique regardless.
